In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, notify you by email, and issue a full refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery times provided on the Site are approximate and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all original packaging, as described in our FAQ page. Certain categories, including opened in-ear audio products and final-sale clearance items, are not eligible for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Products sold on our Site may be covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Optional Extended Warranty Plans are available for purchase and are subject to their own separate terms provided at the time of purchase. Except as expressly stated, products are provided "as is" without additional warranties from The Grandsma Shop USA, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
